1 - Customer MUST contact us within the 3 days window (starting from the
delivery date reflected in the tracking) letting us know of the return,
otherwise the return for a refund will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS

2 - Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of the date the order
was placed. Every piece must be sent back unworn, undamaged condition and in
its original packaging. All sales and discounted items are "Final"
(non-refundable nor exchangeable).

3. IN ALL RETURN AND EXCHANGE - A minimum of 30% restocking fee will be
applied on all returns and shipping fee is NOT refundable.


4. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not
returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in
