The people of the Zuni Pueblo have always been known for their meticulous
cluster work & their wonderful picturesque mosaic inlay work that has been a
signature style of theirs's throughout the decades..

These were made in the 1940's & are in very well kept condition! They are
'Classic' in style & are designed in a 3 tier turquoise cluster that are made
with tiny hand cut stones. You have to realize that back when these were
made, they didn't have all the tools like we have today & to know that these
stones were cut with more 'primitive' style tools, will only make you
appreciate them that much more. I was told that the posts were added at a later
date which makes sense, since they didn't do post earrings till decades later.

By looking at the color, there is very little color change to the stones which
you normally find in vintage pieces..Many times, what starts out as blue
turquoise, turns green over time from the oils in the body. When the turquoise
stays blue after years & years, this is a sign of being a harder stone & in
turquoise, the harder the stone, the higher the quality & the higher the
quality, the less the color changes over time. They are very wearable in weight
& length!(See info below)

They are "HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE" & between both Vintage Native American & Mexican
jewelry, these 80 + year old earrings have become so fashionable & most vintage
Native pieces end up in the hands of collectors that collect any & all other
vintage Native American artifacts. They were a "Rare" find & will show your
appreciation of the Zuni Pueblo's historical cluster work.. You will 'feel' the
history of Zuni jewelry every time you wear them!

hand & they turn out to be smaller than it looked in the photos! So please,to
get a accurate idea of how big these are, please pull out a tape measure &
compare to my given measurements.
