Packaging
Laluv jewelry is environmentally conscious & because we want to be more
sustainable we will not generate as much inventory as some other brands. I hope
you guys can understand when purchasing some items. We try to reduce packaging
and waste as much as possible so if you order multiple items it may still only
come in one jewelry box.

Shipping
All orders will be processed and packaged within 1-2 business days. Tracking
will be updated the next business day after shipment.

Wholesale
We offer wholesale discounts! Please message us with your interest and we’ll
let you know the details and process.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return, please contact me within 14 days after the
receiving the package. Returned shipping cost will be at your own expense.
Jewelry must be returned with original packaging undamaged for a full refund.
We won’t be responsible for any lost or damaged goods in between transit.

Exchanges are welcomed but return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer
also. Feel free to message us for exchange details.

Lost or damaged packages

Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for any lost or damaged
packages after packages is dropped off with the carrier. For this issue, please
contact your local post office for assistance.
As a small company , Please understand that we can not refund every lost or
damaged order. We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused in advance.

Returned Mail

Please make sure your delivery address is correct ! We can not offer refunds
if your address is incorrect after the package is shipped.
If package is shipped back due to failed attempt delivery, I will attempt to
contact you for re-delivery option.

Customs & Duties Fee

All buyers are responsible for their own customs and regulations for their
country. Please be aware. We can not be responsible after your package leaves
