Vintage Ruby Rhinestone Signed Screw On Earrings Designer Hallmarked Riveted 1940s

Vintage designer hallmarked ruby and clear rhinestone screw on back earrings.
They feature a highly faceted 8 mm round ruby red prong set center stone with a
halo of 3 mm clear, prong set stones. I cannot make out the letters or markings
on the back of the earrings. They are in excellent condition and measure 7/8 of
an inch in diameter. High end designer made and they feature a riveted
construction.
