Very elegant looking handmade earrings made of Spanish zamak silver plated.
All findings are 8 micras sterling silver.
Zamak is an alloy of zinc, aluminium, magnesium and copper. It is a
hypoallergenic material, very resistant and it is has a silver coat.
Like any jewellery it should be handed with care. After some time and
depending of skins ph value some pieces could eventually discolour. As usual,
perfume, water or other chemicals should be always avoided.
Made in Spain. All our products are handmade. Small variations can occur on
the same pieces. Each one is unique.
INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESERVE OUR DESIGNS:
Please keep it away from light, air and humidity.
Clean it with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive silver
cleaning products.

All our articles are entirely made by hand in our workshops in Madrid and

In our handmade designs we only use first quality materials. W never use
materials made in Asia. We work only with materials manufactured entirely in
the EU under the strict quality controls of the EU. Most of the materials are
manufactured in Spain.

Zamak is an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. It is
hypoallergenic and is silver plated. Our silver-plated goods are top quality to
guarantee the durability of all our models. We have the quality certificates of
the plating and these certificates are available to our customers.

We also have gold-plated models. The gold-plated coat can be less resistant
and less durable. Keep this in mind before placing your order.

Our leathers are manufactured in Spain in a completely handmade way. These
leathers are superior quality and by the own natural process of manufacture can
result in small differences in thickness or color.

All our products are handmade. Small differences can be occur between the
pieces. Each one is unique. In case of colored beads small differences can also
be found. It depends on the current beads stock.

All our products are made customized. If you want any variation on an existing
product we can make an exclusive model for you.

In the case of bracelet, it is important that you correctly chose the correct
size of your wrist. Please measure correctly your wrist. Do not add any extra
inches. We will make the bracelet so that it is comfortable. Keep in mind that
we are not asking you about the size of your bracelet, we are asking about the
perimeter of your wrist.

All necklaces include in the description the approximate length. If you want
your necklace in another length, please, get in touch with us.

We have many colors of Swarovsky crystals and Czech beads. If you want to
change the color of the crystal of a ring or the beads of a bracelet, please
contact us.


The elaboration of the designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This
period is not usually passed but may vary depending on the orders received. In
the case that we estimate that some delay may occur in the elaboration
procedure we will contact you.

All shipments are made by ordinary mail unless the customer requests another
form of delivery. Shipping to the US can take between 10 and 15 business days.
On many occasions this time is shorter.

If the shipping costs paid by the customer are higher than the real expenses,
we will reimburse the difference. You will never pay more for a shipment of the
real cost.

An express courier service is also available (DHL World Express). Your order
will be received in 3 working days. If you are interested, please contact us
for the cost of this shipment. For express courier your telephone number is
necessary.


In some cases, in countries outside the EU, customs clearance can produce the
tax charge. These taxes are specific to each country. Customer are responsible
for country specific taxes.


Our products have a 100% guarantee. Please, if you are not satisfied with any
aspect of it, do not hesitate to contact us. In the case of the return, this
will always be done within 14 days after receiving the order. The customer will
be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the order arrives defective
or by mistake.
